The USS Defiant (NCC-1764) was a Constitution-class Federation starship in the 23rd cetnury and 22nd century. In 2266, it was in an interphasic rift after it was caught in a Tholian Web and ended up in the Mirror Universe. The Tholians had it for an indeterminate amount of time before Commander Jonathan Archer stole it from them. Archer planned to use the Defiant to crush the rebellion and become emperor of the Terran Empire. En route, the Defiant destroyed two Khumari-class ships, one D'Kyr-class, a Tellarite ship, and the ISS Avenger NX-09. It later went to Earth were Hoshi Sato (Mirror) became empress of the Terran Empire.
