A place where lamers post inane articles, and think that they're cool.
Characteristics of Testingstan
Stupid 4chan memes, pic spam, etc by people who think that doing this is cool; despite it making them lamers.
There is also a small amount of actual testing by people testing out various things; but this is the minority, sadly.
The President of Testingstan is currently Uranun235, with the Vice Presidency currently unfilled, having previously been filled by Pick; who has since left SDN.
Arguments over the Name Testingstan
Many of the people who populate Testingstan continue to feign mock outrage over the term "Testingstan". Nobody pays them any attention.
