Teal'c is a Jaffa and former first prime of the Goa'uld Apophis. He joined forces with Stargate Command in hopes of liberating his people from their false gods.
Abilities
As a Jaffa, Teal'c has superhuman strength and durability. While well-versed in the use of staff weapons and other Goa'uld ranged weapons, his close combat skills are only moderate, and he frequently struggles when forced to fight beings of similar strength and toughness who have superior fighting skills.
