The Nova-class destroyer is an Earth Alliance capital ship that saw combat during the Earth-Minbari War. The Nova-class is similar to the newer Omega-class Destroyer, but lacks the rotating centrifugal section. The class name comes from secondary sources, as it was never used in the series.
