An isomagnetic disintegrator (also known as a Worfzooka) is a Federation support weapon seen in Star Trek: Insurrection

Performance

Worf used an isomagnetic disintegrator against a small group of So'na soldiers on a distant ridge. The result was an explosion comparable to that of a modern hand grenade that incapacitated a few So'na soldiers.

The explosion was not significantly larger than the explosions sometimes caused by hand phasers on high settings.[1] The lack of any noticeable difference in firepower suggests that the advantage of the isomagnetic disintegrator is accuracy at greater range.
