The Imperial Navy is the space based wing of the armed forces of the Imperium of Man.
The spacecraft of the Imperial Navy are primarally designed with long ranged firepower and Heavy Armor in mind. Asthetically, they tend to bear a resemblence of space going Cathedrals.

Due to a fear of Artificial Intelligence among the Adeptus Mechanicus, Imperial Warships have a minimum of computers and automation onboard.
