Description
If you looked in a dictionary for the definition of "complete fucking loser", you would find DEATH. He is completely oblivious to just about anything; and if you gave him a $100 Dollar Bill, he would exchange it for a $1 Dollar Bill and consider it a "equitable exchange".
He was also stupid enough to think that Frank Hipper was the moderator of The Mess.
