A Ceti Alpha Eel is a species of parasite worm native to the planet of Ceti Alpha V. The creatures attack victims by their young entering into the ears of a subject and then becoming a parasite of their brains. As the creature matures, it grows and makes it's victims very susceptible to suggestion.
