Breen
the breen are a space-faring race that were befriended by the dominion during the war, thier language is very complex and is hard to understand. breen starships are unique as they are equiped with EMP cannons that can disable enemy ships, during the war, both the federation and the romulan star empire lost thier entire fleets because of that weapon.
