| This picture was taken during an annual picnic at Ontario Hydro's CFFTP (Canadian Fusion Fuels Technology Project) offices in Mississauga, when we were still dating. The offices were built in a mansion on a gated estate which was used as a set for the filming of the short-lived "War of the Worlds" television show. |  |

Of course, this was taken on our wedding day in 1992. A lot of obstacles were thrown in our way, but when the day came, Rebecca had her chance to be the radiant princess that I always knew her to be.
The picture was taken just down the bicycle path from Conrad Grebel College residence, where we met and where we had our wedding ceremony. It's an especially picturesque spot, and it had great sentimental value for us since we had spent many long days strolling through this part of campus. |
| This picture was taken six months later, in Niagara Falls. Although most people don't go there during the winter time, we thought the falls looked particularly beautiful at that time of year. They're usually iced over, and the coloured spotlights play over the ice at night. |  |

from university.

This was taken after we had our two kids Matthew and David (obviously). This was obviously a Halloween party, held at our kids' school in 2000. We discovered which of our acquaintances was uptight during that party, when one particular parent came up to us and said that Rebecca's nurse costume was too risque for an event where children would be attending.
Frankly, I think that's completely ridiculous. I think she looked good, but that was a mid-thigh skirt; women go to work wearing mid-thigh skirts.
