According to this site, there are roughly 80,000 battle droids produced per day at one of Poggle's hives. Assuming 4 million droids in the army, that makes 50 days worth of production. So that 4 million droid army is less than two months of production, at just one of Poggle's hives.
Now factor in the Commerce Guild, the IG Banking, and the Techo Union for the total numbers.
