One SPHA-T probably can't take down a Core Ship; it took the combined firepower of several to accomplish the task.
Also, they're featured in the video game Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds Clone Campaigns, but in the game they're much too small, and seemingly not as powerful as in the movie. But at least you get to see a 3-D model of them.
